Risk Assessment

A Risk Assessment, is a health and safety form that systematically identifies potential hazards on a film set. It assesses the likelihood and severity of harm from these hazards and details the steps needed to minimise or eliminate the risks. It's a legally required document for every film shoot, regardless of size. Remember that what you are looking to do by assigning a risk level is to prioritise what resources you need to apply for those risk that are high/medium first. For activities that have a higher degree of risk it is useful to identify whether risk is High- Medium -Low.
