Loading Bay Protocol

Security has implemented a strict 20-minute maximum stay in the loading bay at the LSA building, with fines in place for those who exceed this duration. This is the method we all need to use to ensure the loading bay is kept clear throughout the day and its use is swift and efficient.
To follow the processes below correctly we recommend you have at least three team members for every pick-up or drop off of equipment. One member to stay with the vehicle
at all times (in case it needs to be moved) and two members to load and unload the
equipment.
